Jagt, vildt & våben and Mit Jagtblad are magazines for hunters published both online and in print. The readers are well educated persons with high income, and they are interested in food and wine, especially wines that go well with game.
During fall an article of 7 pages was published in the magazines presenting the region, the wine style and the rules for back labels as well as presentation of six wines.
Besides the 7-page articles, 2 recipes which was developed together with Master Chef winner and food & wine enthusiast Anders Halskov was also published to cater to the readers interest in food and wine pairings. One recipe with stag and one recipe with wild boar both paired with great Ribera del Duero wines, one Cosecha and one Reserva.
