The popular journalist and presenter will be the official ambassador of the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin and the #EspirituRibera on its 40th anniversary.
Roberto will be in charge of inaugurating the fifth edition of the Great Harvest Festival of Ribera del Duero, to be held on September 24 in Aranda de Duero.
The Designation of Origin has announced today the name of his new ambassador: the admired and beloved journalist, presenter and reporter, a television personality with an admirable career. Roberto Leal, from Alcalá de Guadaira, Seville, has received important awards that recognize his talent and charisma, such as the Ondas and the Antena de Oro. The appointment by the Designation of Origin, precisely in the context of the celebration of the 40th anniversary of Ribera del Duero, is also a recognition to a professional adored by the audience, an essential face of television.
Roberto Leal, presenter of well-known programs such as Operación Triunfo, Pasapalabra and El Desafío, among others, will inaugurate the next edition of Ribera del Duero's Gran Fiesta de la Vendimia, which will once again become the wine event of the year. The Alcalá native will toast with the first must of the grape harvest.
Once again this year, culture, gastronomy, wine and wineries of Ribera del Duero will come together in a popular festival with concerts by big names in music, activities for all audiences, humor, street entertainment and good fellowship. The program of this event organized by the Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero, in collaboration with the City Council of Aranda de Duero, with the participation of the Provincial Council of Burgos, the Ribera del Duero Wine Route, and the support of Asebor and Asohar, will be announced soon.
