Every year, the Quebec Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (ACSP-Québec) organizes its annual dinners in both Quebec City and Montreal. The 2023 edition of these gatherings will be presented by Ribera del Duero.

Sommeliers from the Quebec City region will gather at Blanche Salle d'événements on December 4. The evening will be hosted by Carl Villeneuve-Lepage, Best Sommelier of Canada 2017: delicious food and Ribera del Duero pairings await!

On December 5th, sommeliers from the Greater Montreal area will convene at the restaurant Les Oiseaux. This time, it is Guillaume Plante, 2nd Best Sommelier of Quebec 2023 will provide commentary on the thoughtfully curated food and wine pairings.
